Maria has spent the last decade watching brands launch, grow, rebrand and reinvent themselves. She has seen what actually moves people and what quietly disappears in the scroll.
Most brands try to be everything to everyone. They play it safe, follow trends and then wonder why nothing really lands. Rare & Rooted was created for brands that want the opposite, a clear point of view, a strong visual identity and content that finally feels aligned.
Maria works where strategy, storytelling and aesthetics meet. She cares about the energy of a brand as much as the numbers, and she is not afraid to say when something feels off. Rare & Rooted is for teams who want a creative partner, not just a supplier.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Victor Cubo
Victor is the one who turns ideas into images that actually stay with people. He grew up on set rather than in a boardroom, working across studio shoots, fast turnaround campaigns and real world locations. That background left him with a simple rule, if it looks or feels cheap on screen, it costs the brand much more in the long run.
He has worked on projects where the product was strong but the visuals never matched its real value. At Rare & Rooted he is the filter and the finisher, making sure every frame, from a single photograph to a full campaign film, tells a clear story and looks elevated.
Victor is not interested in content for the sake of filling a feed. He cares about atmosphere, detail and the feeling people get when they encounter your brand.
